Pine Nut Macaroons
Ingredients:
16 oz. almond paste
2/3 cup finely ground almonds
4 egg whites
2 cups confectioners sugar
3 1/2 cups pine nuts (reserve 1/2 cup for garnish)
Procedure:
Combine all ingrediants in Kitchen Aid with paddle attachement. Roll into balls with confectioners sugar and lightly press onto silt pats. Chill. Bake at 325 degrees.
